Caterina Countouris became the new host about three years ago and stopped publishing a year later. You can sort the videos by latest or oldest https://www.youtube.com/@xhit/videos The goal of the workouts are a six pack or flat stomach, good leg strength, lots of flexibility and a good overall shape. Arms are kind of a touchy situation for women and girls. Usually strong enough to make guys see stars if they start getting frisky without an invite. But, most females do not prefer super round shoulders and biceps or kung fu muscle arms. Ussually just light pushups and planks with an occasional pullup or bar swings. Shoulder Touch
There's something for everyone. The workouts were usually done by people that wanted to get into boot camp, and a lot of them failed out. But, exercise is important for good blood circulation, food digestion, stamina, stability, and overall health. In the USA, civilians work out or exercise from grade school through elder adulthood. "Special Forces" workout
Don't ask, military workouts in 2016-2024 are 500-1000 lb weights and last 8-10 hours for a workout or 3-5 hours for some quick exercise
