Doing repetitive tasks is part of being human, people sleep every day, eat regularly and do other things on an ongoing basis that can be considered habits; or things done regularly, often, frequently, and sometimes repetitively.

Some people focus on repetition throughout the day, but the time interval doesn't have to be hourly for something to be a habit. It can be bi-weekly or semi-monthly. For example, after school is over, many people don't exercise very often, maybe a few times a year unless they have a hobby that requires exercise like swimming, hiking, nature walks, or bike riding.

While these are considered exercise, they usually are not considered working out, or pushing the extenuation level to the maximum limit. People like exercise, most people don't like working out, or heavy competition. Someone that goes to the gym daily, for several hours, then returns for more workouts, and wakes up to do workouts at the gym, resting only when they are physically depleted, thinking only of going to the gym when they are rested; can be said to have a habit.

This is different than someone who is doing strength training for a season, and will then return to normal exercise habits. Habits can be long term and with reasonable intervals, like once a month, or a few times year. Even though they are still habits, they have longer intervals in between and are seen as less harmful.

When it comes to exercise, it helps to deal with boredom, and is sometimes necessary to have enough strength and flexibility to do day to day tasks. Some newer forms of exercise include gymnastics, trampoline, karate poses and stretches, and yoga which is mostly stretching. These go good with walking, swimming, biking, and hiking to remain fit and healthy but not overly metabolized. Weights are normally used seldomly to gain strength, or increase resistance. Today, most weights are on a guided machine that reduce injury.

Work

Many people work as a habit throughout their entire life. This can be for very many reasons, their ability to work and find a job is dependent on not having put the work habit down for very long.

They often obtain work through a chronological resume that documents time off from their habit, through a career gap, or job chasm.

Most people throughout the world and in the United States do not work this way. Full time regular work is often for those that are young, under 30; for those that are far behind on their finances, at any age; for those new to a country, looking for skills; and for people looking to fill in time for a while, boredom.

Normally, people ask for plenty of money for savings, unexpected expenses or costs. Its uncommon to work at one place for more than 2-3 years, people who work in the same industry for a very long time, often have different employers. They have to do a conflict of interest assessment when changing jobs. The computer does a lot of these checks through algorithms in a potential jobs feed.

Working independently is more modern, and allows working with goals in mind, rather than as a habit. The goals have a value, and people are paid for achieving goals or completing tasks lists. Some of the task lists can be repetitive and habitual but they often don't last very long and can be transferred, delegated, or automated to focus on other things.

Popular goal based work includes performances, writing, videography, attorney, accountant, and most recently hr. Computer work is often independent, and can include graphic arts, programming, system configurations, or integrations. All of these jobs can be done with the worker setting the own schedule, the person purchasing the work making an appointment, reviewing agreement requirements, and setting due dates. The worker then sends invoices as tasks get completed and when the work is done. There is often a first payment as a start of agreement acknowledgement.

Running a website or e-commerce store with drop shipping is also a popular way to make money that doesn't require habitual work, most of which is being automated and is part of future work dynamics. Repetitive or error prone tasks get automated as a first priority, this helps to free up human time for personal interactions, interests, hobbies, and pass times.

Relationships

Friends can last a lifetime, or be around for just a few years. As a work companion, as a school associate, as a nearby living area inhabitant, or someone met virtually that is fun to hang out with during a certain time period.

Family, is no different. Uncles, aunts, cousins, siblings, parents, grandparents, and even children; don't necessarily need to be, or remain in contact with for the entirety of persons lives or even very often.

Agreements, are important in families, such as agreements to do chores, to help each other during certain times, or to not speak with each other or interact for specific intervals. Some people have very busy schedules or prefer being by themselves for specific periods of time before they interact with large groups or people they don't have a lot in common with. Budgets and time management have a big impact on trying new things, and including those things as a regular part of peoples lives.

Often, family for very young people is a first round support system that can include cousins, siblings, aunts, uncles, or parents. This is followed by friends, professional networks, or government services. In modern times, government services is the preferred first round support system for adults because it is quick, efficient, and less time consuming. It is also less emotionally draining, has more privacy rights, and provides long term goals to not end up on the program again.

This leaves relationships as a pass time for emotional connections, for co-participation with interests such as exercise, entertainment, or exploring new activities. They also provide people to talk to and spend time with for a meal, to play offline video games, and to explore things like new vacation areas, travel restaurants, and places that are different and new. This can be done with friends, family, alone, or with complete strangers.

Relationships then become mutually agreed to interactions that are used to share time together, this can be for fun, for work, for school, for learning, or for human emotions and/or connections.

The life of a habitual

Repetitive and frequent tasks, can help people establish a routine and deal with boredom but this can quickly turn into a cycle of unbreakable schedules done on an ongoing pace of short intervals.

Eating, 5-6 times a day, working out daily, 40-50 hours of income based work, school, forever and with ongoing lists of new topics to learn that have already been done. Then visiting friends, family, co-workers, classmates on a schedule, to not lose any connections and posting on social media in case they forgot anybody.

It can be excruciating and exhausting to think, that this lifestyle will resemble human expression in 100 years for the majority of humans on Earth.

The Modern Human

A modern human selects an income level based on where they want to live, how much basic essentials they need, and how much money they want to save. They might eat 2 meals a day on average, not often at the same time each day. Work is task based or goal based, and savings are important to take time off. Relationships are based on mutually consensual interactions for pass times, or cognitive connections. There is a lot of time outside of work and school to explore interests. Work and school are often challenging and provide for a quick work day on the days that work is required. Most people work a few times a month to meet their basic necessities and a few more months throughout the year for savings and interests expenses. A lot of work is done remotely, work from home, or at a shared, leased, or rented facility. People still tend to have their own work equipment to use at home, or to bring to a facility or work site with them.
