SCience BRains, pronounced sigh brrr, is a method of computing that originates in scientific thought.
Because SCBR doesn't sound quite nice, and SCIBR is too obvious but can also be mispronounced; the word Cyber is used as an alphabetical representation of content.
The content, of the concept of thought. Used in a science brain.
Scientific people are thought to have different brain patterns, or at least perceptions in life, than those that are not as scientifically oriented. But, it is also assumed that those with non scientific thought patterns can increase and even learn the concept of science brains so they can consensually decide if they will integrate those thought processes into their lives.

Portmanteuas are compressed word combinations. Some people would call them condensed, to be more precise, when phonetically speaking, to make consise. Or, concise.
These concepts of word formation, to express human thought pattern, are used throughout SCIBR, spelled cyber for illusionary mystery of the word origin.
The word is often compressfully combined with various other utterances of verbal expression, that can be written down and visualized as an immediately recognizeable concept.

Cyber Science which is redundant but people wont recognize the origin of the first word without a history lesson on word origin and a trip to science archives.

Cybermedicine
Cybernetics - a word just like kenetics which originates in movement, just like physics concepts, with molecular conclusions.
Cyberhealth is an important concept, when working with computers, its known that human interfaces, can cause visual contusions.
--Cyber is an obscure word to many people. That can lose its meaning or have its focus reduced to just one or two things.--
The modern use of the word cyber usually focuses on cyber space which is undefined for most people. Space being an obscure concept to begin with, cyber when used in a computing sense, focuses on computer-human interactions, and the sensory experiences that are felt when interacting with a computer.
Examples:
A computer is used as the human interface on both sides of a network connection, the humans aren't only interfacing with each other, they are interacting with the entire web of interconnected electrons that are forming a path between the two endpoint devices. Most of this is done subconciously and there are safety mechanism in electronic devices to prevent brain damage, or adverse effects from electronic signals.
Similarly, a human interacting with a remote server experiences the same thing, but there is no human on the other side. However, a human likely put the site together or at least wrote part of the code that generated the interaction site. The site feels active and responsive due to the captured human energy. Much like a picture or a video.
Here, cyberspace is the mind, its perception of its environment, and the interconnected electrons that are accessible through the device and its available networks.
