The first few paragraphs of this post explains cognition before explaining how that applies to different age group. Age groups are based on human development from approximately 1850 to 2003 with 1995 to 2002 being a transition phase in human communication and 2005 to present going into an unknown era or time frame.

Age groups can best be explained as approximate brain development levels at specific ages as a statistical average based on means and medians. Most of this work was done in the 1990s by examining school records, mostly from public schools, under supervision of general physicians and pediatricians. The age groups are best explained as being able to complete homework assignments for various public school years or public school age groups:

Based on key stages in human development in the UK, or public school assessment in the US.

In the US, school started in September but can now be as early as August or even July. Initially, the starting age for the grade had to have started before December 31st meaning the student had to have a birthday by December 31st that matches the starting age for the school grade. Today, the student has to enter the required starting age within 90 days of school starting, and can not have a birthday more than 90 days of school ending for the year.

These are some of the modern basis in cognitive age groups, physical age groups work similarly, based on physical education classes, and its important to note that physical health can affect brain health.

Human Cognition is the responses to environmental stimuli based on perceptions, behavioral expectations, accumulated knowledge, and experiences with similar situatons from the past.

Past experiences, form perceptions which are combined with behavioral expectations to make decisions; often these decisions need to be combined with accumulated knowledge to make further analysis. Making a decision and completing an action or activity are separate processes, a person can change their mind before an activity is started on come to different conclusions in the middle of an activity. This process is normally quite fast but is different than reactionary responses that are based on emotions like being startled, angry, or upset.

Concepts

Human cognition is a process based on decisions and perceptions. Decisions are made based on perceptions of the environment a human lives in; and perceptions are formed based on results from past decision, that can be recent or acient. Most decisions are either current or recent for modern humans. Ancient decisions are often for people that are elderly or have more than average life experiences, this can create contexts that people with less experience are used to, and that forms further decision making processes based on recent human interactions.

Cognition is quite complex and most of it happens quickly, at the pace of an electron.

Housing

Between 1930 and 2005, financing a home with monthly payments over very many years, usually 30, was a concept, based on decisions people made, that created a perception of home, accomodations, living premises, or rest places. People stayed in one place for very long times because the world had changed over the past 200 to 300 years, traveling was expensive, not available, or difficult because of the amount of items a traveler may need to bring with them. Mortgages were popular, and building communities a popular pass time for people's existence on Earth.

After communication updates between 1995 and 2002, housing was a weird concept. People could communicate with anyone, anywhere in the world, as long as they spoke the same language, and there was a consent to conversate. Talks for introductions or presentations of home life were easy to communicate with pictures, magazines, websites, and internet profiles.

Homes, were often a place to live. Many teenagers could afford a place to live at 15/16 years old; and they could usually receive additional money as gifts or with additional work if they wanted to travel or participate in interest activities. Rent became popular from 2005 to present and home ownership viewed as something for area guardians, many preferring to move around town, and letting the real estate agents manage the property and maintenance around town.

Because of housing shortages many high income earners were forced to live in hotels, which had its perks and ameneties. Often, "rent" would be the room rate for 30 days with discount, meaning $100 per night or even less, like $85 to $92, with an ability to switch rooms or get free accomodations within the network a few times a year if the room could be emptied out while moving. Paying $2,500 to $3,000 a month for hotel or $2,500 a month for a small apartment only used for sleeping, showering, and changing clothes didn't seem much different.

This created concepts in cognition where people made housing situations based on their perceptions of available accomodations, living arrangement, or opportunities to build a home and long term place to live.

A lot of people fell somewhere in between, not having enough money to buy a home, but not having enough money to live in hotels. Renting was a popular decision for them too, based on perceptions of Earth, the local economy, and their ability to achieve income. While some selected rent in an apartment or traditional multi-tenant building; others decided to live with roommates because it felt more like a family and rent for a bedroom and shared areas like living room, kitchens and bathrooms allowed them to save money for retirement or to help family members that were in need from time to time.

Perceptions in housing, homes, and living premises changed over time. And they may continue to change. Low cost home purchases are a current discussion, as are long term payment for accomodations in high rise buildings or amenity saturated urban and rural areas.

The final discussion is payments for home costs in the elderly years like property taxes, rent, leases, mortgages, or work exchange. These are perceptions that will result in decisions and are based on human cognition.

Work

Jobs and 40 to 50 hour work weeks used to be a sign of prestige because it showed regular income, long term planning costs were included in most jobs, and it provided socialization opportunities and ability to make friends. Today, thinking about a job for over half of a persons time throughout the week seems bothersome and unappealing. People understand certain work needs to be done so that humans can survive and that money is necessary for payment of essential items like rent, food, and utilities; but, a lot of people aren't worried about having much more money than that or even a savings account.

This creates problems for people that need to have more than that available for their full personal development so new methods of work were perceived that allow remote work, distributed work, higher income, and smaller schedules. Many things from past workplaces have been automated, and a management decision is often fully automated if possible because of the shortage of workers willing to work 40 to 50 hours with only two weeks off for 20 to 30 years or more. With the computers doing a lot of the work on their own, this leaves humans to come up with new methods for income and pass times. A lot of perceptions on future economies is heavily based on short work intervals of 2-3 years or 5-6 years and rest periods of 6 months to 2 years, 2-3 years of 5-6 years.

Normally, longer work periods of 5-6 years are for people that have worked 10-15 years and possibly own a home nearby or have a long life expectancy and are willing to try the 12 to 15 year work interval with 5-6 year rest periods. It can also be used for those that are new to working economies with an equal amount of rest and work to start off, and for those that have become injured at work and need to focus on recuperating health.

Work supervisors are aware of their work environments, motivators, drivers, and changes; in addition to organizational work policies that are representative of behaviors that are expected in the places where the workers have learned their perceptions of work, income, economies, and savings. Overall, they are keeping aware of chaning dynamics and future projections for organizational or workplace modeling.

Relationships

The years 2000 to 2025 presented various dynamics on relationships because of increased communications, increased ability to travel, higher incomes across the world, computerization of repetitive tasks, and interest in things like colleges, diplomas, universities, degrees, certificates, qualifications, work eligibility, and savings.

This affected weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules that people have to work, commute, buy life essentials, or neccessities, and spend time with friends, families, hobbies, activities, interests and pass times.

Relationships are more diverse than ever before, a common perception is that no two relationships are the same, and its easy to have a group of 20 to 50 friends plus their close circles where relationship diversity can be observed. This is in contrast to relationships of the 100 years before that the were more homogenous. Mostly opposite sex couples of the same ethinicity or demographic group, in the same age range, that would stay together for the entirety of their lives.

While some of these concepts, have progressed to newer perceptions of human environments, others are found only in specific areas or not read about at all besides historical content. This is because of diversity and larger geographic areas for human interactions. Most people seeking relationships keep a few things from their recent past and integrate new concepts from their current human environment.

Relationships are often viewed as human interaction such as work relationships, home relationships, significant other relationships, and relationships with friends.

Community relationships are also important to many people. This does not necessarily mean communism participation, but it does mean establishing behavioral expectations in human interactions with the surrounding environment or human living area. This can include a requirement to walk around public areas and be seen at least a few times a year or even more often like monthly, weekly, or daily.

It can also be a suggestion to build an awareness of living area ameneties and to be aware of which are popular, which are not, what the expected behaviors are at different venues, and to select desired venues when visiting ameneties based on preference but to be aware of expectations with visiting certain places at least occasionally. Building relationships helps establish these understandings so that a decision can be made to consensually participate or not participate.

Learning

Learning became important after the year 2000 because it leads to higher income, more mobility, additional choices, and a higher likelyhood that a desired preference will be available for presentation of desired interactions.

Communications is the basis of most learning, and that can be work based training, university certificates or degrees, interactions with new human expression groups, or traveling to new places and learning new customs.

Good communications leads to good learning experiences, transferring expression of the correct concepts, and establishing perceptions of contexts that are realistic, normal, and with clear behavioral expectations.
