The internet was undergoing major changes prior to the recession. A big part of it is already completed. Nearly every site on the internet will have an SSL certificate in the EU, US, and UK Commonwealth. Many websites are behind a login or in an app requiring username and password. There are updated algorithms to remove unwanted content from peoples profiles and internet feeds and a lot of search engines have removed websites from their databases focusing on government, education, and press.

The next part of these updates is adding a credential requirement for people that build the internet and a lawsuit component that will document errors for liability hearings. Much of this is already done through version control software programmers are required to use for commercial or mass distributed software.

Computer users won't necessarily need to take a series of college courses on the efficient use of computing equipment; but programmers and system managers will need to complete at least some college, undergo a psychiatric evaluation, and sign an agreement to violate peoples rights, data, or computing devices as a condition of working as a computing professional. Much of the systems are automated and can injure people through mismanagement of electrical currents within a computing system. This includes blinding people, overheating batteries, muscle spasms from full day ultra low vibrations, and electrical system anamolies caused by breaching encryption and device management components.

These leaves content publishing as a very low risk computing activity on most IT systems. There will still be some liabilities regarding concepts like defamation, content theft, deprivation of economic rights, and invasion of privacy or breach of professional agreements.

Overall, the content publishing guidelines will make a lot of sense for people that are already publishing. There will be some adjustments to be made and the goal is to not focus too much on expenses, additional computing equipment, new software licensing, upgrades, training, webinars, and support calls.

Library science will be a big part of internet content categorization and there will be penalties for mismanaging content categories. The goal is for people to be able to immerse themselves in internet content without being concerned about rummaging through content that isn't similar or is for things that are completely different or have already been said no to.

In preparation for this, my content will be categorized and the layout redone to meet new standards. This will be open for comments from professionals. They will not be posted online or published or circulated until an agreement or consensus is made for internet users to read about, comment, or request to be be built different.

The contact form will be available by the end of the year. Emailing me directly or posting a comment on social media with a link to a webpage is not going to be the best way to reach me.

Overall, everyone is looking forward to the restructuring of the internet. Regarding college, about 5-6 months or 1 semester is going to be the goal for a first credential, update, or career change. For many people, this will be their only credential until they switch jobs.

Looking forward to the year ahead and to a brand new internet.
