Vegan Healthcare Assessments

You are here: /announcements/vegan-healthcare-assessments

Health assessments are a popular topic because of changes in human biology over the past 15 years. During the late 1990s and early 2000s there was an interest in the United States to move away from the 4 food groups and 7 section food pyramid. This lead to experimentation with food and diets and led to categorization of one type diet only.

  • High Protien (Keto)
  • High Carb (Atkins)
  • Mostly Fruits
  • Carbs and Vegetables
  • Paleo, pescatarian, vegetarian, liquids and vitamins

While many of these diets didn't work, it provide data

  • Humans do not need 3 meals a day
  • There is way too much fats in sugar in American diets
  • Other diets can be adequate but may lead to periods of hunger or lack of energy.
  • High protein diets can be expensive
  • High carb diets may cause fattening

2011

A period of diet examination was started in the western hemisphere that included Western Europe, the UK, USA, and parts of Mexico. Data collected between 1995 and 2010 along with dietary research reports would be licensed in developing a thesis on long term human diets that account for optimal nutrition, food waste, and climate change.

In addition to changing long term food consumption patterns, examining crop rotation and hydroponics, there was a desire to reduce bathroom usage and to examine hormones and bio chemistry in the human reproduction system.

A 6 month trip to Mars would likely entail a layover on the Moon, 3 days journey from Earth on a hypersonic aircraft. Its unlikely that the 6 month journey would be completed on anything much bigger than a shipping container.

Water, Liquid, and Nitrocarbogen

When studying space systems science, the Earth is an object or particle in a vast universe. It is part of a system and we are in a microsystem within that context. Our planet is made up of "70%" water, and while that may seem accurate on the surface, there are water tables underneath the Earth that provide fresh water. While some of it is visible in lakes, we don't actually know how deep all of the water tables are or if we have found all of them. There are approximately 450 miles from the Earths surface to the Earths core. The tallest and deepest parts of our environment are approximately 6 miles from the surface. One of the deepest lakes in the USA is about 1/3 of a mile. This has led scientist to estimate that the Earth is 90 to 95% liquid or water, considering land is floating on some type of substance. Its the part of the Earth we refer to as a mantle and is only a few miles deep.

Coincidentally, humans circulatory system is estimated to be 70% of their mass. This means that like the earth and its chemical expression, we are mostly made of liquid. The other major components of human composition are carbon such as the epidermis, lungs, and organs; and nitrogen which we get from foods such as beans and corn. Oxygen is in our air, but the atmosphere is not made only of oxygen.

This can lead to the theory or conclusion that three elements that are important in human survival are nitrogen, carbon, and hydrogen or Nitrocarbogen. For practical purposes, this means that breathing exercises, breath holds, and water can be helpful to human health.

A human going to a mostly liquid or plant based diet would be concerned with fatty acids in their diet due to the solubility of fats or oils in water. Salt, or sodium can help improve solubility of oils in water based diets.

Food chemistry and digestion

Considering that the main ingredient in human diets should likely be water, an accurate conclusion for most people would be that the eukaryotic cells in plants are more compatible with Nitrocarbogen than fatty cells found in non plant based diets. This is because the vacuole in plants contains water and the composition of the rest of the plant structure might be useful in developing other biological expressions. For example, an increase in the consumption of plants might lead to an alternate expression in the epidermis for the absorption of sunlight.

If the digestive track is filled with mostly water, and infused with plant based nutrients, this can lead to better circulation, it might also help with water displacement. A person who is well balanced with liquids in their system might not get dehydrated as often and the fluids may not be rejected as often when consuming liquids.

Traditionally, doctors and nutritionists stuff the digestive track with foods and add the minimum amount of water needed for the blood to circulate. This has lead to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and an inability to diffuse harmful particles such as salts, sugars, and other food ions.

Not all vegans switch diets due to concerns with the treatment of animals, some switch diets for better health reasons, or because plant based diets are more accessible in their areas. Humans are voting for more plant based diets in their food stores and for product packaging to contain information that can be reviewed with a nutritionist.

2016

Plant based diets have been shown to reduce cholesterol, high blood pressure, improve heart health, and can help with balancing hormones. One of the major complaints is hunger, and the solution to dealing with hunger is more carbs, some proteins, longer times in between meals and more water. A lot of humans who have increased their plant based food consumption, but not switched over completely now report eating only 2 medium sized meals a day and being able to go the whole day without using the bathroom. While they might occasionally binge eat, normally on the weekends or day off, it does not lead to a persistent pattern of overconsumption throughout the week, month, or year.

People are experimenting with intermittent fasting and this has lead to discoveries in food patterns that can make the Earth more sustainable long term. A theory that has emerged is that humans can likely go without eating 2-3 days when they are well nourished. For example a 7 day week with a 5 day schedule might have a person eat on Sunday evening, Monday afternoon, Wednesday morning - most likely lunch, and Friday afternoon or evening for a late lunch or dinner. Saturdays would be mostly small snacks. After a while, a person might be able to skip the evening meal on Sunday, eat Monday afternoon, Thursday morning, and have light snacks on Saturday before having a medium to small meal on Sunday and resuming a new food pattern.

While doctors in the past were under the impression that eating less can result in weaknesses and unhealthy gene expression, less food tends to lead to better strength and mental composition. It requires less time at the gym to burn off fat, and increasing muscle weight can be done by consuming proportionally to the calories burned during workout and adding protein and water for muscle tearing.

2022

Vegan restaurants are available in select locations that can help with traveling. Many restaurants have vegetarian or vegan options and while some of them allocate a part of the kitchen to veggies only, most use the same grill, counter, plates, and utensils to serve all the food. They do wash them in between and try to keep things separate as much as possible. Many transitioning vegans and vegetarians find this helpful, it allows them to vote with their purchases, and gives them ideas about foods to cook at home as well as what the future may look like for travelers who are on plant based diets in the future.

Choosing a certain diet is not necessarily correlated to a specific religion. Some religions have suggestions or requirements on plant based diet based on their specificity within their religion. A lot of vegans are atheist, agnostic, or non religion. Diet is normally kept separate from other conversations including those on animal cruelty. While it is a historical part of plant based diets in the western hemisphere, a lot of people tend to be non-judgmental about other peoples lifestyle choices and dietary decisions. They do use data to make their own decisions.

Vegetarians tend to be more permissible when it comes to substances. Alcohol, vaping, and caffeine along with digestive aids, cough syrup, and headache medicines are normally permissible for vegans. Most are chemicals made in labs. However, many vegans are extremely healthy and wont drink or vape. They might drink caffeine from time to time, they might use over the counters as a last resort and often prefer rest, water, and some comfort foods to recuperate. These are viewed as lifestyle choices and health decisions that will vary from person to person. Statistically, this is a good overview of how the data looks.

Mental health can vary in both vegans and vegetarians. Overall, because they choose plant based diets and healthier liquids, they tend to have better mental health composition that is visible in MRIs and objective health assessments. However, a person that is predisposed to certain mental health conditions should not view switching to a vegan diet as an authorized treatment even if it can help with cognitive function, awareness, and alertness. A doctor or self treatment and care plan will be able to better assess progress, needs, and care requirements.

People on plant based diets tend to choose natural remedies for any type of health assistance or improvement requirements. They are not adverse to surgeries or pharmaceutical products but view the remedies as having less risk being exposed to non plant based products and closer to their preferred gene expression. This has led to pharmaceutical companies growing an interest in plant based medicines that are manufactured or synthesized from the chemical composition of plants.

The concern in medicines are the base ingredients and possibly casein in the capsules for natural remedies that are mostly made of plant structures.

Exercise is not viewed as something with a high priority unless a person is trying to build muscle mass or lose weight. An observation with building muscle is that it can permanently increase food consumption requirements and affect a personal budget long term. This can lead to malnutrition during economic downturns even on plant based diets with intermittent fasting. Stretching and light calisthenics of 5-6 minutes a few times a month is viewed as adequate. Workouts are seen as being necessary only 2-3 times per year for 1-2 weeks and only 1-2 times per year for 5-6 days for those that are more elderly.

Doctors that focus on mobility and cognitive health will be able to better assess how daily walking requirements fit in with new human health specifications indicating that a lower metabolism and less mobility is necessary to achieve optimal health. Overall, someone on mobility treatment is viewed as having an exception to the requirement for slow metabolisms.

Conclusion

The upcoming few years may see an increase in plant base diets and an increased availability of both plant based foods and natural remedies. A major research area is in the development of a vegan capsule and the verification of medicines that are safe for plant based diets and manufactured through pharmaceuticals.

Sythetics are normally considered safe for plant based diets as they are produced through a molecular process. Vegans should be aware that they be classified into 3 different lifestyle preferences, plant based diets, environmentalism, and animal rights activist. A person selecting a plant based diet may not necessarily be concerned with environmentalism or animal rights. Synthetics most often fall under environmentalism which is different than the composition of clothing, material, or fabrics.
