The scope of the U.S. Government has changed a lot since 2010 and will continue to modernize and update, focusing on digital innovations and reduction of traditional paper documents. The full scope of changes is an advanced topic and will be published over several years with pre-release access available upon request.

Under U.S. Const. Amdt. 25, the country can be administered through various Executive Offices should both the President of the United States and Vice President of the United States should become disabled or found with inability to perform the requirements of their office. It has been discovered that 3 U.S.C. § 19 is made in pursuance of the U.S Constitution and would become a permanent law of the United States (U.S. Const. Art. 6. Cl. 2) if determined to be true based on the conditions outlined in U.S. Const. Amdt. 20 Sec. 3.
