History of the US - Alternate Version

This is an alternate version of U.S. History that focuses more on people instead of politics, government, or religion. In other words while institutions and beliefs followed people from their homeland, many people arrived to a land that was similar and filled with humans but had things that were specific to the geography.

It stands to reason that areas with a larger population and history of travel had different outcomes for people that more barren areas that were yet to be explored.

Kali - The Hindu Goddess

Kali is known as the goddess of the thugee, pronounced thug'iyei or thug-ee. They are known for seeking her due to their profession in stealing and harming others.

The Mayan Calendar

Notice that the Mayans had several different calendars. One of the ones that is most well known, is the one with the tongue hanging out and the wrists handcuffed to the wall. It is considered a shield of unknown origin.

The Mayans have a different story than other Native American tribes in the US. They began trading with Europe in the 1500s, exporting chocolate to the UK where it was distributed to Belgium. From there, goods were exchanged with the Middle East, often on the way to obtaining Indian Spice.
