People use different words to describe the same thing and sometimes they use the same word to describe different things. It can all be very confusing when thinking of phonetics. And listening to people while reading on tabletics.

For example, think of medical terms. They're quite complex and filled with misunderstanding words, trying to figure out the meaning can give your head a heart.

On top of that, there can be implied meaning in some of the words, or they can come from a different language altogether. meningitis is a form of brain infection; meningococos is a form of spine infection.

What if we do away with some of the more complicated terms to make conversations easier initially?

Take the word infection

Spine infection, rhine infection, I think I lost the time infection

Gryme infection, zyme infection, I wish I were a rhyme infection

Brain infection, dialection, my thoughts are filled with dialexion

diaelixsier

What does that mean?

I think I sought a brein dyslexer

Its important to understand how words are formed, what they, mean and how they can be miscontrued. When someones having problems speaking, its easy to modify the word usage so it makes sense to the person that is being communicated to.
